At Delonghi Replacement Parts, we want to ensure your appliances are back in working order with the right components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Before initiating a return, please double-check your appliance model number to ensure the part is indeed incorrect or defective.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate warehouse return address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package via your preferred carrier and retain the tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed by our team.
